Thank you for supporting our small business! We ship internationally. All orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days after payment is confirmed. 

You can track your order once you receive the tracking email. During peak times such as after a new collection release or during the holiday season, shipping timelines may be extended.

Hippo House is not responsible for packages lost in transit. Unfortunately, we cannot replace lost or damaged packages at this time. Once a package has been handed over to the carrier, it is their responsibility to deliver it safely. We are unable to provide tracking information beyond what the carrier supplies.

Due to the handmade nature of our jewelry and the care that goes into each piece, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.
